I had ordered from Jeff at Monster Parts last year and my order went through with out issue, like any decent on line store.  I have read a lot of the threads about Jeff's excellent service and recently had an opportunity to see what all of the hype was about.  There was a bit of a snag in my recent order with Jeff and not only was Jeff extremely responsive but went the extra mile to make me a happy customer (which by the way is not easy, once there is a bit of a challenge).  I work for another online moto gear retailer that prides ourselves in having outstanding customer service and a very knowledgeable staff.  I wanted to let everyone know that Jeff has exceeded my expectations and I will be directing all of my customers that need parts for their Monster's to Jeff.  Cheers Jeff, Thanks again!

Jeff is a great dude.    [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

I ordered a set of the cheap levers from him a while ago then I went down and broke one. I called him to see if he had any in stock and to see if he could rush one my way for an all day ride I had coming up. Not only did he NOT have a single lever available but the price had just gone up.

Jeff, being the man he is, said he would not only break open a set to give me just one but that he would honor the lower price seeing as that's what I was asking for originally and that he would go to the post office right then and have it sent out. I got it the next day for the same cost as regular shipping!!

I really can't praise Monsterparts enough!!!! It's the first place I look for just about anything, socks and underwear included.

This map is upside down, the plan is written in crayon, and the weather forecast is from 2011.

Jeff knows how to do business. I've ordered a couple of times and he spent time on the phone with me to make sure I got the right part... and it was an inexpensive part to boot. He cared about satisfaction not the price of the sale. I'll be going back again and again.

His reputation precedes him... He has been known to ship parts to all over the world! Santa Claus himself once asked Jeff for help.
He has also been known to have climbed a cactus with ease  [bow_down]

I don't buy too many parts for my Monster as i prefer to make my own. But when i do. I prefer to order from Monsterparts.com  ;)
