Again, I will restate that your comment is not in any way factual. The owner of the DML had nothing to do with the contest, he never had any employees and I could go on from there but why bother?

Maybe you're confusing the DML with some other group. But I don't know, nor do I care.

Well, the first show is over, and it was a HUGE success.
Thanks to everybody that participated and helped out.
Next show is Dallas, get your entries in...we need more!
San Mateo Show Winners:
1st- Stuart Baker
2nd- Martin Wong          (CO-OWNER OF DML, OWNER OF MOTOWHEELS)
3rd- James Martin
People's Choice- Steve Metz
Wild Card- James Nunez    (EMPLOYEE OF MOTOWHEELS, FRIEND OF JEFF)
(1 wild card will be selected at each event, and at the end 4 will be selected for the finals)

As far as the judging....
there arent any official criteria posted, but here's how it worked:
Judges at this event consisted of:
Michael Lock, CEO, Ducati North America
Danny Carson, Ducati N.A. (dont know his title)
Larry Williams, CEO, Moto Euro Magazine
Gary Egan, Moto-Journalist and long distance Ducati guy
Jeff Higginbotham, Club President, Ducati Monster List       (CO-OWNER OF DML)

Whatever dude.  [roll]

Factually: You got who won the last challenge wrong. Right there is a big warning bell that you have no idea what you're talking about but you go on to confuse the DML mailing list with the website and from there you go on to insinuate that somehow the contest was rigged.

By someone I consider a real stand-up guy and a far bigger asset to the Monster community than you are.

As I said in my previous PM to you: we're done here.

<mod hat>
On reconsideration, it's really not fair to lock this thread because someone wants to take a dump in the punchbowl.

If you want to talk about the alleged crimes of the previous monster challenges, start a new thread.

Otherwise at this point it's thread-jacking.

I own several motorcycles. I have owned lots of motorcycles. And have bolted and/or modified lots of crap to said motorcycles...

No need, the facts have been posted. And I agree, it's sucks to threadjack this guys thread. Feel free to delete all my posts in this thread or to merge them in a new thread that you start. You know the facts now, I sent them to your PM.

Sorry, xskiervh. Old scabs got pulled.

Thanks, Metaltech Racing makes them.

well, i'll be placing my vote this week on the MonsterChallenge, unfortunately not for myself :( Just got informed there won't be exceptions for US military/veterans overseas. Probably cause they know I would be one of the four coming to Indy ;) and didn't plan for the costs of shipping.
