ducati soho.. second skins?

I never received my second skins for my 1100 purchase. Now, im beginning to suspect that something went wrong during the transaction and their closing, leading to my NOT receiving them?  Anyone else have this trouble receiving their skins?  Are there any US ducati contacts I can reach out to , to pursue this?

Ducati Soho is in the process of rebirth, I would keep an eye out and start with them.
