M600 fork upgrade

Sorry if this issue has been addressed before.
I have searched previous posts and still can't seem to pull it together.
I would like to upgrade my front end on my 98 M600.
My preference would be for a set of adjustable showas so what would I be looking for.
I am happy with the standard bar ie no clip ons.
minimal modification or no modification would be my preference.
I am in no hurry so if I know what I am looking for I can wait until the right set comes up for sale

What's the Axle size on the 98? That will impact things a bit and you'd need to research cross fits or minor mods to fit your wheel to a different sized axle (like new speedo drive)

But basically, any of the 'bigger' 2v monsters with adjustable forks would be drop in for length and tube diameters in the triples.
There's also options for cartridge kits to replace the internals of your existing forks to give you
