From what i could tell from pics:

695   = 6 bolt rotors
S4Rs = 5 bolt rotors

You'll probably have to change the whole front brake system because of that.

How bout the wheel width? can the wheel actually fit and perform?

Rim width and axle size are the same, but you might have to do a lot of messing around with spacing of rotors and calipers.

Anything can be made to work....
