I did not realize my brakes where screeching until I went down the driveway with my helmet off.  It is terrible, and I thought everyone was turning around to look at the sound my Termi's were making!   [laugh]  Any one have a fix other than bear grease?  Front only......

Brake squeal is vibration.  Curing it is hit or miss.

Remove the brake pads.  Sand them and put a bevel on the top, bottom and leading edge of the pads.  Sand the friction area of the rotor.  Reassemble.  Pump the brake lever before riding.  Pray to the brake gods.  Go for a ride and bed in the brakes.  This can serve as a guide:   http://www.braketech.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=54:racing-brake-pad--bed-in-procedures&catid=17:tech-talk&Itemid=69
