Great route.....had the chance to do it last summer on a tandem bicycle with my daughter & 3 friends.....we went south, Monterey to Redondo.......we took 5 days though laughingdp  Did you happen to catch the Zebras grazing right before Hearst CAstle?  Quite a sight waytogo

Haha.. I actually had to get those replaced a few months back.. long story but it just reminded me once again why we do not let others borrow our bikes for joy rides as it often doesnt end well  Sad  lol.. have rizomas now since i couldnt find replacement parts.

but a bicycle ride down the coast over 5 days?! that must have been something.. did you camp or stay at hotels?
