Cyclecat sliders.

Hey guys I've got a tech question concerning sliders from cyclecat.

I installed them but noticed the shaft Chris provided is thinner than the one that came off the motor/frame.

Looks like the motor is 1-2 mm lower than before because of this.

Is this intensional by design to enable the slider to shear? Any input would be helpful thanks!!

My guess is you got a slider for a 2000 or older Monster (10 mm.) instead of one for a 2001 or newer Monster (12mm.).
