I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the Sachs shock off of a 2007 695 part number 365.2.045.1A will fit my 1995 m900. Thanks in advance.

The linkage ratio is different.

It will most likely bolt on, but isn't the best choice.

I didn't think it would due to the different frame and suspension hoop set-up....

I don't think it's a bolt up. Ohlins has totally different parts numbers for the hoop and post hoop models and they only have one shock for hoops, vs 3 for non-hoop so you're not just looking at different spring rates necessitated by the different configs
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
