Shipping a bike to New Zealand to Ebay buyer?

It sounds like he's legit. 

I've sold plenty of stuff internationally, and used paypal.  No issues whatsoever.

Paypal does business in Europe and Oz/NZ and people can verify their accounts just as they can here in the USA.  In fact, they have to provide SWIFT/IBAN info and provide permission for Paypal to raid their account.

In some ways, selling to a verified European with paypal is better than from an American.  Here, we can close the account and Paypal has to resort to the courts.

In Europe, if they close the account and paypal reverses a charge, the bank accepts the draft and then sends a bill to the person -- if they don't pay, they send the cops.
