Have so few people ever made vinagrette dressing?
It is oil flocculation.
Water gets into the crankcase when it cools in a humid environment.
When you run your bike, it (the water) boils off.
If you do not run your bike long enough, it remains.
IF you run your bike several times for short periods, it will collect like that.
Go out and ride your bike at 7000 rpm for about 3 hours. Doesn't matter the speed. Just keep the sucker hot for a long time. All that cheese will be gone.
Quit talking dirty
Don't put that stuff on your salad either
If you remove the oil filler cap after your ride that will also help, since some of the hot moisture has a chance to escape.
