So you can gauge my generational response better, I'm 35.  I wore watches when I was younger, pre-cell phone, but don't anymore.  I think watches are more of a fashion accessory than a functional tool.  I think everyone here feels the same way.  Otherwise this thread wouldn't have so many high $$ watch brands listed.  I don't see anyone talking about their swatch watch.   Vino!



I'm 27 and wear a watch every day. I have a Seiko Kinetic that I wear to work (including quite a bit of time in the water), and out and about. I also have a Rado that I wear sometimes (but not to work). I've worn watches for years and always check my wrist before I pull out my phone, if I need the time. I love the mechanical aspects of them...I'm not a digital man (except that calculator watch back in the day  Grin).

That being said, I don't like that watch one bit. Not my style at all.

I'm hoping my next watch purchase will be an Omega. Always wanted one.
