So I have decided to go with a company called RimSpec out of Grand Prairie, Texas. I am sure they will know what to do but for my own knowledge I am asking this question. Will i need to replace the bearings and the rubber things on the sprocket side of the rear wheel (I think they might be called cush drives?) in order to powder coat them. Something I am doing while they have the rims anyway. Just wanted a second opinion so that while they are working on my rims I can get the parts ordered. RimSpec said that they would make a suggestion upon receiving the rims and getting a first hand look at them. Thanks in advance.

Yep, they are called cush drives.  It is good practice to replace them and the bearings.
