Apparently this map breaks it down by weenie size.  LOL

Who the hell is funding this study and what benefit does this info provide? Hilarous.

Who funds these kind of studies? And towards what ends?

What kind of methodology is used?

Did they just whip out a survey flyer and hang it somewhere?
If you want to get in, is it first come first served?
What's their sample size?
Would you let a researcher stick their nose in your business?
How many entendre-laden sentences can we come up with before this topic gets zipped up?

Or......it could be nature's way to correct overpopulation.  As populations grow to carrying capacity, reproductive capabilities diminish to forestall a catastrophic Malthusian growth model.

If you believe the map, another (and more frightening) observation is that the French are more "equipped" than us.

I think I deserve some of that grant money for passing along these observations.
