99 monster evap line routing

Hey i took my tank off to have a dent fixed and now i cant remember which line goes to the evap canister and which is the tank overflow,

should i just run both lines out and down to the road and remove the emissions canister, if i remove the emission canister do i have to re-balance my carbs ?

Chuck the canister.  No rebalance needed.
