What to do?  Smack your bro.

Did you reinstall the piston in the slave and is the slave still functional and not leaking?  I don't know what the survival rate is for a popped OE slave, but I'm guessing it's not high.

if he didnt pump it, try rotating the rear wheel (or if u havent got a chain on yet, spin the front sprocket) dont forget its sequential gears. you cant go through all the gears without moving the sprocket a bit.

some obvious questions

do you have pressure at the lever?
when you pull on the lever does can you hear the clutch plate move?
how long did you bleed it for?

well he defo pulled it a few times, cos i only noticed he had done it when a load of fluid was pissing out all over the place when i was remounting the engine and wondered where it had come. from it doesnt leak when its placed back on the pushrod, but it was super difficult to get it back on the first time. i bled it right through until there where no air bubbles atall. there is a bit of pressure at the lever but feels a bit lighter than what i remeber it being like before. (very heavy). its now in first gear and have been trying to get it back into neuteral. i did get it from neuteral to first gear the first time i think

i have given up punching him he was put on this planet with a mission to annoy EVERYONE !

Sounds like you have more bleeding to do.  Keep the master as level as possible and squeeze the level slowly when bleeding.  After you are done tie the lever to the grip and leave it that way for a few hours.

thanks all i have already ordered a new slave cylinder of ebay will try some more bleeding anyway to see if it does the trick.

if you ordered a new slave (aftermarket i hope) forget about pumping away. just wait for the new one, usually it takes about an hour of manual pumping to get usable pressure in the lever. and even then you have to let it sit over night to get all the air out.

while bleeding it, i find that it helps to tap the line to motivate air bubbles to move around. if you have a bleeder at the master, dont forget to bleed from there too.
