So I wrecked my bike and have been working to get her back on the road. I am struggling with the front brake. I have taken everything apart cleaned and inspected. Unfortunately Brembo doesn't really make rebuild kits for the front caliper, which is insane! But everything looks clean and seems to fit together properly and tight. I have tried to bleed multiple times and get no pressure. I thought maybe I was not being patient enough and took everything apart made sure it was all tight. Got a syringe and tried sucking all the air through the speed bleeder. After at least an hour of sucking air out of the lines, I have given up, If I seal the system I can't seem to find any leaks or build pressure? Questions:

What am I doing wrong?
How can I test the system to see where my problem lies master, hose or caliper?
Are there any universal master cylinders and calipers that would work.

I have already called Yoyodyne and other to try to find a seal kit to no avail :(

Thanks for reading and any help is greatly appreciated!

Chances are good either your master cylinder is full of air or bypassing internally.   Support the bike so the master is horizontal.  Fill the reservoir and slowly pump the lever, replenishing the fluid before the reservoir empties.  Now bleed at the calipers.  Speed bleeders can fail, allowing air into the system when you release the lever, so bleed like you have a conventional  bleeder to eliminate that possibility.  If you need to test the master, remove it from the bike, find a screw and crush washer to block off the outlet, bleed and see if it holds pressure.  If your caliper holds compressed air it will hold fluid.

Just to be clear. If I get a bolt and crush washer remove the banjo bolt from the master and plug with bolt and crush washer, I should feel significant pressure on the lever? I did this with the master as full as possible and did not feel any significant pressure? Does this mean my Master might be bad?

Thanks!

Yes.  Assuming you bled it.  Apply pressure, loosen bolt, tighten bolt, release pressure, rinse, wash, repeat.
