Tapatalk issue

I just updated to the latest tapatalk on my iPhone

Now it wont connect to the forum -

"This forum is either restricting access from Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working. Please contact your forum administrator"

I hit OK and it gives me this:

System Message: Received from client compressed HTTP request and cannot decompress"

and then it sulks and won't do anything

Do you flounders and tekkie guru's have to update something on the forum server ?

There is no new version of tapatalk for our version of SMF software.

I suggest you go back to the previous version pf tapatalk if you want to use it here.

New is not always good. ;D

pooey !

now I get a "cannot connect to Forum. This forum is either restricting access from Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working. Please contact your forum administrator".

I checked it with a couple of other forums, and connects fine every where else.

How else am I to waste time at work if I can't get to DMF from my cell phone  [coffee]

I'm on V 1.13.3 --- does your server side software give any client side compatibility notices - i.e. what version are you running and what client versions does it support ?

there is only one version of tapatalk for our forum software.

you're not the first to have issues...

Thanks. Followed the delete app and reload. Worked just fine.
