A clogged crankcase breather valve can cause this, so can an oil level that is too high.  Symptom wise, blue smoke on deceleration or after idling, such as taking off after a long stop light indicates valve guides or guide seals.  This can be checked at your next valve adjustment.  Blue smoke when on the throttle indicates rings.

Problem solved  ....... the crankcase breather (  K&N filter ) was all black whit what I think is exhaust fumes or someting ....it was all clogged up !!   it's supposed to be red not black.  I  took it out for a 3h ride and no sign of missfire and the plug's where "spark"ling clean whit no oil on them ...lol   [clap]

but I'll do the JE piston kit ...just for the fun of it  ;D :o
