PowerCommander V in a S2R800?

Has anybody ever put a PCV on a S2R800 ('07)?  I was talking with my local shop about putting in a PCIII and they said the PCV from a 07-09 Multi 1100 was a compatible fit, and I'll have the benefits of the newer PCV.  I was totally comfortable putting in the PCIII myself, but am a little more hesitant trying the Multi instructions for the PCV on my S2R.  It looks like I'd have an unneeded O2 Optimizer with a Multi 1100 kit also.

Am I worrying that this is more complicated than it needs to be?
