Depending on the master will indicate the adjustment. Mines got radial masters, which has a pin threaded into a barrel, which then sits in a hollow of the lever. Some have a more direct config. I've seen one that looks like a slotted screw threaded into the lever as the adjustment.

Ah, so the clutch is staying disengaged.  You let the lever out and the bike doesn't want to move.  Could be the free play adjustment, but I don't see why that would change during storage.  Free is always worth a try though.  You should have 1-1.5mm.  free play.  Too little and fluid will not return to the reservoir and cause this problem.  If you have way too much free play and didn't have way to much before probably something is hanging up, push rod or clutch plates are a possibility.
