 bang head

so i tried to swap out my old front turn signals for some oberon LEDs, but in the process i took out the whole turn signal system.

when i went in there i saw the PO had rigged the headlight connection to power the old indicators as running lights -- i snipped those extra wires out and returned the headlight set-up to stock (replacing with a sweet new blue bulb!). i then tried to hook up the oberon LEDs to the stock turn signal wires (SX means left in Italian? DX is right. who knew?) but they did not work at all.

i noticed there was no more clicking sound either so went round to check out my integrated taillight. nothin'. brake light on, but when i try to indicate a turn, it does not click or flash in front or back. fck. Roll Eyes

any ideas?

by the way, do i need these resistors to run the oberon minis in front? http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/EE033H/Electrical/EE033H.html the LEDs worked fine sans in the back (now running vizi-tech supanova!).

and the turn signals aren't set up as running lights, right? stock?
