02 M900 - immobilizer or not? Motogadget related

I have read several places that immobilizers started to be normal from 02 and up. The workshop in Milano told me that it has not immobilizer, but the dashboard still have the yellow flashing light in the middle.
Have to say that the bike is still not in my disposal so i can't plug out the dashboard and fire up the bike.

Anyone with an opinion?

Reason for asking is that i want to get hang of a motogadget chronoclassic. I read up on several post about remember the immobilizer issues, reflash ecu, do this and do that. And all of this is really helpful

But if the seller is right and the bike is without immobilizer. Any tip of how i install a motogadget chronoclassic? Is it just buy, and install the shit? Of course i know it going to be a challenge, what i mean is do i need some extra sensors/cables?
I don't if this helps, but the bike has oil pressure gauge installed separately.

If it has a red key and a black key then it has it. Regular black keys then no

Could the shop mean the immobilizer has been deactivated?

i don't have the bike yet so i can't tell what set of keys it has.

Maybe you are on something here, but its hard to communicate with them since their english is very limited.

That is what i thought, 02 models and up has immobilizer.

Anyway I need to find out since am looking at a motogadget speedo. I don't want to start the project with speedo
if i need to re flash ecu so on. It makes the hole thing more complicated.
