Hmmm... Maybe you have a bad ABS ECU then and this has been causing your brake problem? Long shot..., but just maybe...

Brake squeal happens on all brands of vehicles including bicycles.  Technically, one could say all vehicles have brake squeal, we just hear it on some.  Brake squeal comes from vibration when the pad or shoe contacts the metal surface.  Alter the vibration in to a frequency we don't hear, problem gone.  Give your dealer some time.

My bike was stored for a long time, as I was out of the country, however, I already put over 1000K miles on the new brake pads and the noise is still there.
I had followed the bedding procedures and that definitely does not solve the issue.  I will take it to the dealer again and try to work with them...

my 02 m750 has a lil less than 10k miles ... it still has the original brembo brake pads.. it squeaks everytime right before i come to a full stop (brakes slightly applied)
same thing happens with my 12 M100evo ... i sanded the pads from the m750 before the season started .. also used brake cleaner spray to clean calipers pads and rotors.. the squeak is still there .. also ive heard it in a lot of other bikes.. i dont think thats an issue ;) just ride!!
