Mackerel cooked over open pit ....consumed with German potato salad, home made french fries, tomato salad and local beer

Visited a museum that showed items from a fortified settlement that was discovered in 1973 and is only
5 km from where I grew up. It was inhabited from 4000 BC to 700 BC and had it's heyday in the late bronze age from 800 to 880 BC:
