I took a demo 796 out yesterday and I love it.  I can't wait to get mine.
As I was riding it, i noticed a chatter or hesitation in low RPMs (1-3k).
The salesman mentioned it as well before I took it out. I want to know if this is some thing common with 796s or is it something that is messed up and they are saying "is common".
Other facts, 790 miles. Termi slip-ons, ECU and air filter...

Thoughts?

Perfectly normal.

Ducs aren't really happy below 3K with stock gearing.

Tell the dealer you want a 14t sprocket installed as part of the deal.  ;)

Excellent! I didn't want to buy someone else's mistake, I'd prefer to make my own!
