I'm looking to put a set of termi's on my monster evo 1100. The dealership said they'd do it for $2,700(USD) but I've found set (including the air filter, computer and pipes) online for $1,800(USD).  I'm pretty mechanically minded and it's not a complete system it's just the clip on but I'm more concerned with how hard it will be to put the new computer and if it's plug and play or do you need to tune it at the dealership? If anyone could help it'd be great! I've searched everywhere for information! Also if anyone knows where I can get these cheaper please let me know! I'm in Sydney, Australia.

It is not a difficult job.. Just remove the Tupperware (plastic psnels), and loosen  the tank to get acces to the air filter and ECU.
Below is a link to a vid posted in YouTube depicting the removal of the tank..hope it helps [popcorn]

you will prob need the tps and fuel trim checked

check the ozmoto thread of places for service ,

last i asked it was $100 just to do that, so thats saves you $800
i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

tps reset is easy on the Siemens ECU no dealer trips needed
