Haven't posted here in ages, but finally got around to putting an Arrow full system on my 2007 S2R 800. Prior to this I was running stock cans with a Marving midpipe. Obviously I'm liking this setup a little better. Wink The sound out of it is wonderful. Just damn wonderful.

Clean up the front header pipe to match the arrows. Looks sweet!

Any tips on what kind of products are best for cleaning up the front header? Seems like it would take some pretty powerful stuff.

Buffing wheel on a bench grinder  waytogo , just did mine on a friends result being a mirror finish  Cool
Got ride of all the road rash from stones flung up from the front wheel just used two grades of cutting compound .
Front header is simple to remove , use some electical wire wrapped around both hands to undo the spring if you
don't have the hook.

I'll give it a shot with WD-40 and scotch brite pads and see how it goes. Thanks!
