I've stayed at the one in San Francisco a few times.  I believe my company is a member...whatever that means.

The rooms are very small, but clean.  Free internet in all the rooms, either wireless or hardwire.  I always had problems with their wireless, but the hardwire worked fine.

They're basically designed for business travelers.  Clean, no frills, internet, and desk.  Personally I think they're OK.  My wife would probably hate them, but she stays at Westins and the like when she travels for work.  She's spoiled!
