I recently sold my 09 696 and got a used 08 Triumph Tiger 1050 ABS. I just want to express my gratitude to many of the users on this forum that helped welcome me into the two wheeled world as the Duc was my first bike. I honestly loved the Monster and it worked really well for me, but I've started doing some lengthier rides and after a couple hours my knees start to ache. Simply wanted a bigger bike to support my 6'7" frame... New Tiger is awesome and in my opinion is a great all around bike, not as pretty however Smiley

Thanks

Congrats, can't believe you rode the 696 with a 6'7" frame.

Oh, I'll certainly be sticking around. This is where I kill a lot of my at work break time... And the bike surprisingly was really not THAT bad for the kind of riding that I was doing 95% of time, to work etc.
