I am making a particular general log book. The categories I have running in columns are:
Part (name of part)
Manufacturer
Date (of mod or repair)
Miles (at time of mod or repair)
Rating (of part quality 1-5 stars)
Torque (if applicable)
Grade (say for motor oil or chain lube)
Service Interval (for oil, chain, brake fluid and the like)

Any other categories you think I should put in there?
