I have carpall tunnel in my throttle hand. Helps a lot with wrist pressure. Barely notice it. It has plastic notches that can be cut to make the palm rest not as stiff. But note these grips are not as long as the factory's u will have to slide the controls out a little.

Take off the grip, spray some hairspray in it. Wait 5 seconds and put the grip back on. Wait 10 min or so before use. Once dry, no more slippage. Free if you've got hairspray lying around.
Unless you really just want new grips, then forget my suggestion.
