On Bianca I have a SBK mount and lever for the rear brake master, however the master itself comes from the monster (brake line bolts on the end, not the top).

This eBay auction has everything you need (bracket, foot lever, plunger and special bolt), you can re-use your rear master.

My concern with the spacers is that the master cylinder is very close (if not still in contact with) the exhaust header. This could lead to the brake fluid over heating and *unintended* braking.

Comparing your pics and mine, it looks like the lever position (where you press with your foot) is the same with your rear sets and the SBK master, so that should work out nicely.

Hope this helps, text me if you need.
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback and I'll definitely post up the end result when I install "ury"-thing.
Don't argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
