Shift lever question.

Guys, I know this is probably a super nooob question. But, how do i adjust shift lever so its further down. Its pretty high up right now, and super annoying. I have some tools. If its easy, ill try it myself.

Remove the front bolt holding the shift linkage in place. Screw the eyelet  on the end of the rod in or out to shorten the shift linkage overall length, which changes shift pedal angle vs footpeg position. Reinstall  bolt.

 Or, loosen the 2 lock nuts on the rod and spin it until the lever is where you want it!

Yep. This is the way to do it. And you can see the angle change as you adjust it.

One of the lock nuts is a right-hand thread and the other is a left-hand thread, so they are loosened & tightened in opposite directions.  I'm sorry, but I can't remember which is which, but it's easy to figure out.
