Cermaic Bearings?

I have an 2007 SR2-1000 and I believe the belt tension and clutch throwout bearings are identical (6201).  I had a question as to whether or not anyone has tried ceramic bearings as a replacement for the belt tensioner or clutch throwout ...and its success/failure?
