What should good Caswell Coating look like?

I just got my tank back from a coater and I'm not real happy. The dealer sent it to someone they use "all the time."

The tank looks like it has epoxy all over the inside. So far so good. But in the area where you can reach with a finger, it is bubbly and pitted. Should it be like that? Did I just waste $350?

Mr Earl

As long as it's thoroughly and completely coated and fully cured, it should be fine.  Don't pick at it...

Cool. Curing time was out of my hands, so no telling there.

I won't pick at it!
