Hi,
Got CRG LS mirrors. Will be taking off stock mirrors. Just curious, is it a matter of just unscrewing the stock ones and they pop right off? Do I have to move any controls, etc?

Thanks!

On my 2012 monster, it was just unscrewing the mirrors.
Oh, I don't remember if it's the left or the right hand side, but one of the bolts turns the opposite direction.  Got me puzzled, I thought I stripped the threads.

The left one is reverse threaded - righty loosy.

Just think about which way the wind will push on them - that'll be the direction to make them tight.

No problem - took me a couple goes to develop that trick. had a moment of clarity one day - 'Duh, they would design them so that the wind would keep them tight, not blow them loose"
