So my new gas tank arrived and I am far enough along in school that I am starting to plan my bikes reassembly. I took lots of pics, and notes, but for the life of me I cant remember where this thing came from! I must be getting senile.  ???

PICS of the new gas tank. I will get some better ones posted once I am ready to dry fit it to the bike.

That wireform part goes under the battery support bracket, to make removal and installation a bigger pain in the ass.

There is a chance that it also holds the fuel lines out of harms way.

My monster has similar wire attached under the top triple to hold all the handle bar wires in place.
