Bolt size front fender mount on '99 monster dark NON-adjustable Marzocchis

Hi All,

Anyone know the bolt size the the fender mounts on the 1999 non-adjustable Marzocchis?  (i know they suck)

I took my front fender off a couple years ago and have since lost the bolts.  need to put it back on for safety inspection..
