It's funnier when you first see the video and assume it is a man holding the camera and screaming - I missed the critical "s" above - but I wouldn't bet against me sounding the same way if that just happened to me.

Don't think it was a direct hit -- just think the metal railing got some voltage and shocked her.
A direct hit she would have an obvious burn from entry / exit points.

Damn make the beast with two backsing lucky though...
