Here is the progress of a Supersprox rear sprocket I ordered for my '04 Bandit from the UK (I live in Raleigh):

Cool December 5, 2013   Depart USPS Sort Facility    OPA LOCKA, FL 33054
7) December 4, 2013 , 11:09 pm    Processed through USPS Sort Facility  OPA LOCKA, FL 33054
6) December 4, 2013 , 6:31 pm    Processed through USPS Sort Facility  MIAMI, FL 33112
5) December 2, 2013    Depart USPS Sort Facility   RALEIGH, NC 27676
4) December 1, 2013 , 6:45 pm    Processed through USPS Sort Facility    RALEIGH, NC 27676
3) November 28, 2013 , 10:31 am    Processed through USPS Sort Facility    KEARNY, NJ 07032
2) November 26, 2013 , 11:42 pm    Processed Through Sort Facility    ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)
1) November 24, 2013 , Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

 Huh?   boo

The sprocket made great time to Raleigh, but then opted for a little vacation in Florida rather than go directly into service on my '04.    Tongue

Well, maybe the package was going so fast when it got to Raleigh that it couldn't stop.

Hey Geoff!!  The Royal Post did well, it got here in just a few days.  I ordered from Calsport (sounds like a US firm) on a weekend and it was in the US two days later -- pretty f'n good.

I posted this on the UK Bandit board (a fantastic board BTW), and I got a lot of Royal Post-bashing responses.  I've always had great luck with post from the UK.

I recently sent a workbook from Utah to Toronto.  USPS sent it to Texas, Louisiana, then Miami for a week before it finally headed north to the border.

And you wonder why they're going bankrupt?
