It has come to my recent attention that I "need" a CF belly pan for my '07 695. (i.e. fleeting whim - just saw one and thought it looked cool)

Can anyone suggest some options? What's the difference between the $175 Tekarbon one and the $350 pre-peg ones? Longevity?

Nobody? Is it such a painfully dorky n00b idea that you're shunning me?  Evil

I had a fiberglass on for ~90,000 km - no problems with it, but went through a couple of spare mounting brackets. Carbon of any kind won't last shorter, I assume - maybe they are lighter and won't destroy the brackets as fast.
