Hi guys... I have monster 620 ie. 2003.. When I start it up idle is about 1100 rpm... when I go for a ride and stop the bike in neutral it idles at 1500-1600rpm... It lasts for few minutes and then it drop to 1100rpm... can anyone help me with this??

I've had this happen at times, but from the cold start cable getting pulled while turning and staying in that position even with the lever visibly "closed". If it happens all the time, this probably isn't it, but doesn't hurt to check lock-to-lock clearance.

Otherwise no idea.
M620 turned M800 but then back to M620 after the M800 died at 110k, and now to Multi 1000.

Take a look at the throttle-body air balance nipples. Not sure if you still have your evap canister or not, but if not, the nipples should be capped, connected to each other with a hose, or replaced with little M5 bolts. You may have a leak somewhere in there which is allowing some air in which could be raising the idle.

Otherwise, go the long route and reset your TPS, air bleeds, CO, balance, etc...  Lots of how-to's here and on brad's site.

so.. I've just found out, that my throttle cable is damaged... will change it... without that cable monster idles just correct..

I had a similar problem - just once.  It was a horribly humid day so I wondered if that was causing it by affecting the O2 sensors?.  I also undid the throttle housing to check the cable.  I didn't find any problems but perhaps it was catching in the race and I fixed it without knowing.  It hasn't happened since so I shan't worry.  Good luck getting yours fixed.

my bike idles so low barely a half a line and hardly stays running, no one on here has figured out why. I have to ride it with the clutch lever open all the way to keep it running.
