M900/S4 vs S4Rs Frame

Is there any difference between the 2 frames? I'm asking because I looking at buying a M900 with a non rebuildable title. There is nothing wrong with the current frame. Insurance felt that it should not go back on the road.

'01 or '02 S4 will have extra tabs for hanging the radiator, and won't have tabs for hanging the rear ignition coil.
More importantly, it will likely have a frame crossmember that's in the way of the vertical cylinder intake manifold.
I'm pretty sure that any '02 M750, and any M620 and M800 frame will have all the proper stuff, no issues.
I think M1000 frame will work fine as well, not sure about ignition coil mounts as those were dual-spark.
S4R, S4Rt and S4Rs will have same problems as S4, and will be missing the footpeg mount brackets.
S2R800 and S2R1000 may be OK, except for the footpeg mounts, and also possibly the coil mount on S2R1000.
