My bike got rained on the gauge cluster got soaked.  From what I understand  the cluster has to be paired with the ECU for the stupid transponder keys to work.  I called the only dealer in my area and they told me I would have to change out the dash and ECU for something like $1,500.  What are my options?  I assume I can't just buy a used one from E-Bay.

Have the ecu re-flashed to disable the immobilizer and you can use any gauges.
