Top right contextual button mouse over

The initial style of the buttons (notify, new thread, etc.) is black with a border. On mouse over they change to have a different background (fine) but then on mouseout they don't go back to the original style.

Most anything that changes with mouseover is really a very small visual change, other than the ones that Daryl just fixed.
