New Member from Virginia Beach

Hello fellow Ducati Monster enthusiasts! I am new to this forum and needed to take a minute to introduce myself.
I live in Virginia Beach, Va and own a 2013 20th anniversary 796 Monster. It was Ducati Red and now it is matte black
without the bunny rabbit mirrors. I've also chopped the tail. I've been riding dirt bikes since I was in my teens but
my first street bike was a black Suzuki Boulevard w/ Cobra pipes. It was very comfortable, but now I have the Duc!

I will be posting in the Tech area soon to inquire about mechanical issues regarding a clutch issue. I broke off the clutch lever and bought a]
chinese knockoff only to burn out my clutch plates. Lesson learned #1. Cheap is cheap!

Welcome! Check in on the CAM thread periodically. There's a Hampton Roads thread but not much activity. A bit more sometimes on the Richmond thread. If spring ever arrives and you head toward the mountains, there are a few 696/796/1100EVO's out this way and we ride to the Blue Ridge Parkway midweek on nicer days.
