I've tried a search can't seem to find the valve timing spec's for my Ducati.

Thanks Double D,
I had seen that information but there is nothing specific for a 01' M750.  There are 3 rows for a 750.  None of the 3 have the same info.
I have some time before doing this project so I'll just be on the lookout.

If I'm understanding that chart correctly, the difference between the first two is the amount of measured lift, and they work out to the same answer.

Maybe Brad will be along to clarify... where the third number comes from.

What do you need them for?

there are 3 750 specs given, one at 0.2mm lift and a corresponding 1mm lift, and also another at 1mm lift from another manual.  the inlet timing is the same, they just give different exhaust specs.  no idea why, it's all the same cam and i never check exhaust.  the 750 profile first appeared on the 750f1, and was used on the paso and 750 sport then on pretty much all small block motors from 91 to 02.  620 was the first newer design.

it's not a great cam, and engines are also linited by small valve reliefs in the pistons.
