Hi guys.. Since I have changed my OEM silencers to Termignoni Carbon High mounts I have lost my front few times... I think I need to tune my suspension, as I have reduced weight on the rear... Also I have noticed that I have no chicken stripes on front tyre but some on the rear... Before silencers swapping there were no chicken stripes on the rear and some on the front... The other thing I have noticed after reading through this article http://biketrackdayshub.com/motorcycle-tyre-wear-guide/ I have leading edges of the tread rised on the rear.. so it looks like the rebound on the rear is too slow... can anyone help me how to adjust my suspension??

Is there any adjustability on your forks?  In what aspect are you losing the front end; mid-lean, corner exit, corner entry?

I'm not convinced about the weight difference being the reason...

However, yes, a raised lip in front of the thread is often because of too much rebound. The bike will be too low some of the time, which will affect the front.

There should be a large screw, flat head, on the shock - just below the spring. Turn it 'a few' clicks counter clockwise and go for a ride. Adjust further according to feel and/or tire wear.

I loose the front just in mid-lean... will try to tune the rear rebound .. will see....

Presumably you have the stock suspension.  Unfortunately it's not too adjustable.  Is your tire pressure appropriate, what tires are you running and how many miles on them?  Is your weight average?  Ignore the chicken strips.

First measure sag and set spring tension as required.

Then set the shock clicker to the original factory setting, which can normally be found in the owner manual.  Not that the setting means much if there are a ton of miles on the bike, but at least is provides a starting point.

See how things feel after the above.  Keep accurate notes on changes you make.  Experiment.

Read/watch everything you can from Dave Moss or similar suspension guru.  Consider spending $50 for a suspension setup if you have access to a local expert.  It might be the best $50 you ever spent.  Depending on your goals, you might need some new components for that M620.  It's really hard to go from zero knowledge to an optimal street setup without time/experimentation and probably some $$.

if you are using all the front tyre then you're loading it way too much.  you need to turn the bike instead of leaning it over i'd say.

sounds like the extra noise is making you ride harder.
