That rubber piece fell off the bottom of carburetor I'd venture.

If the cap area drain is functioning correctly it doesn't matter if the cap has a gasket. Either the hose is split or the tube is clogged.

thanks for your help all. Just got oil change yesterday and take it for a ride (got some long weeks at work lately).

I found water in the oil too

I install a gasket for the clutch cover last year, this time I change for ducati Bond. I change the oil and it still look milky on the glass after a ride.

I will ride it for a couple hundred miles and change oil and filter again.

I still don't know where gas is coming from, but I fill it up yesterday and tilt the tank up. When I open I saw some gas in the overfill area. It look it is coming from the gas cap. So for now the bike won't ride in the rain for a little while.
